Our Story

Launched from humble beginnings from two disused horticultural buildings, one of which was an old bakery. Now a leading UK Chef Academy with a truly international appeal, attracting students from around the globe, since 2010.

WhitePepper continues to break new ground – it’s ingenuity and adaptability has made it a driving force within the independent sector for culinary arts education and has contributed significantly to the shape and growth of the industry.

Inside The School

WhitePepper is a proven springboard, nurturing culinary talent at the revered training kitchen in Dorset, England. The development of WhitePepper Online has made training more accessible/affordable, provided students with greater resources and further broadened their appeal.

The Confederation of Tourism and Hospitality (CTH) Academic Council awarded WhitePepper with “Gold Centre Status”, recognising the highest standard of culinary qualifications (now listed as 1 of 9 globally). 

Together, WhitePepper and CTH have hatched a new culinary qualification (Level 2 Award in Cookery Skills) for aspiring professional chefs and food entrepreneurs, known as Bronze 50/50.
